Fit India Movement - Day 1
On 11-11-2019, Monday morning; today’s assembly was well organized by senior students. The topic of the assembly was ‘Necessity of Fitness and Nutrition’. Students have well spoken on the above topic. Our sports master gave students some inputs and also told them some aasans and Mudrass, beside of it he also discussed to the importance of nutrients in our body and its abundant benefits.
Fit India Movement - Day 2
On Tuesday morning, The day’s morning assembly was dedicated to some mental activities like debates and lectures, symposium. Students were given a very beautiful topic for debate and the topic was ‘Women Empowerment’. Students debated in a very well manner, all of them put their views on the necessity of women empowerment; few spoke against of the topic. There was a healthy competition.
Fit India Movement - Day 3
Third day of this week ‘The fitness week celebrated’ students were asked to draw some ideas and draw some equipments which are really helpful in making oneself active and fit.
There was a poster making competition on the above topic. Students made very beautiful posters on the theme ‘Fit Body- fit mind and Fit environment.
Fit India Movement - Day 4
On the fourth day of ‘Fitness week celebration our students participated actively and our management also organized all the activities in a very unique way. There were various competitions like singing, dancing, yoga and students were told about the importance of plants and trees they were taught the art of gardening also.
